A woman obsessed with The Little Mermaid's Ariel started a mermaid company, She teaches men and women how to swim like mermaids in leisure centres, Charlotte Boustead, 22, appeared on Baroness Karren Brady's Give It a Year
Within a year she managed to turn her business profitable and now has 42 staff.
